Refund policy
At Sminnie, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return or replacement as per the policy below.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or replacement if:
• The product is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is missing parts
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the issue.
Return Conditions
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and items must be returned
• Return requests without proper proof may not be approved
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without original packaging
• Personal care products once opened (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions. After receiving and inspecting the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used while placing the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit as applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
